What Enchanté plans, what the fee covers, how hotels are booked, and how to begin.
- What is Enchanté?
- Enchanté is an art fair travel advisory for galleries and collectors attending art fairs across the Arab world. We plan the whole week around the fair: itinerary, VIP programme, hotel, chauffeur, airport assistance and dinners.
- Which fairs do you cover?
- Frieze Abu Dhabi (19–22 November 2026), Art Basel Qatar (28–30 January 2027), 1-54 Marrakech (February 2027) and Art Dubai (9–11 April 2027).
- What does the planning fee cover?
- The fee covers our planning and support before and during your trip: $750 for individual, $1,200 for couple, $1,750 for groups of 3+. We design the itinerary, make every booking and stay on call until you fly home.
- What is paid separately?
- Hotels, chauffeur, airport services and fair VIP programmes are paid separately.
- How are hotels booked?
- Hotels are booked through Fora at the published rate. Where available, stays include daily breakfast, a hotel or spa credit, priority status with the hotel, and when available room upgrade, early check-in, late checkout. Benefits vary by hotel and are confirmed at booking.
- Can you arrange VIP access to the fair?
- Yes. We arrange the right VIP programme for each fair, with a special price. VIP programmes are billed separately from the planning fee.
- Who plans the trip?
- Latifa Al Khalifa, a Bahraini curator with fifteen years of experience across the Gulf's art institutions and fairs, designs every itinerary herself. She works in Arabic and English.
- How do I start?
- Use the Plan Your Trip form or email latifa.fares@fora.travel. Tell us which fair you are attending and how many people are travelling, and we will come back with a first outline.
